Rich Products’ icings & toppings brand, Flavor Right, is an essential ingredient at independent bakeries across the country. However, due to distributor stranglehold on the market, the brand was struggling to connect with this vital audience.
Our collaborative team developed internal and external stakeholder interviews and used the learnings to ask, what if we invited cake decorators and independent bakery owners to share their stories and sweeten their success?
