Our client was awarded one of 30 licenses in Illinois for a medicinal cannabis dispensary. Prior to opening, our team conducted one of the first qualitative patient research studies to gauge expectations.

What IF?

Our interviews demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge in the new audience and a deep concern for the unknown among patients, caregivers and advocates. What if we worked with our client to develop a safe, secure and comforting brand and retail environment?

The NOW.

This distinctive pathway has led to extremely high levels of brand trust and a long-term commitment to serving their community. We developed the brand name, elevele, with the intentional word “level” in the middle to educate patients about the enormous range of medicinal options, and the ability to go slow and “find the level” that is right for them.
